Jim currently spends a good deal of his time negotiating collective agreements throughout the North. In addition, he's an advisor to the Yukon Regional Health and Safety Committee and the Yukon Area Council. Jim participates in the PSAC Education Program in the North as a facilitator at weekend and in-residence training courses. In addition, representation on grievances is provided upon request by a Component. Political Action, Organizing and Strike Co-ordination is part of the job on an as needed basis.

Nancy Debreceni

Nancy started working for the Public Service Alliance of Canada in June of 1989 as an Administrative Assistant in Whitehorse. She has been working as a Regional Representative in the Whitehorse Regional Office since July 2004, where as part of the Northern team, her responsibilities include: Whitehorse and Dawson City Regional Women's Committees, Pan-Northern Women's Committees, working with Yukon Pride Committee, Yukon Area Council, Regional Health and Safety Committee, facilitating union education, negotiations, mobilizing members whether for local or national political action campaigns, strike actions, collective bargaining or just understanding and having a voice in your union.

Shawna Dalley

Shawna is the primary contact for members in the Yukon. She is responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties including arranging travel and expense claims for members that attend campaigns, courses, and conferences. She works on the administration of negotiations and campaigns and is responsible for the PSAC Regional Youth Committee. She assists in the planning and implementing of conferences, conventions and PSAC Education courses. Shawna is also part of the northern team that maintains the PSAC North website.

Diane Allen

Diane was hired as Term Secretary for PSAC in October, 2006 and is now a term Regional Representative. She is responsible for the Regional Pride Committee and the Regional Health and Safety Committee  duties including staff and members, as well as any current campaigns. She assists in the planning and implementing of conferences, conventions and PSAC Education courses.
